Melissa & Ben - Bath, Wiltshire
Melissa and Ben got married in October 2020. Their ceremony and reception was at the Temple of Minerva, in the Botanical Gardens of Royal Victoria Park, Bath. Their original 2020 wedding plans were disrupted by Covid, but that wasn’t going to stop them tying the knot in between lockdowns.
Melissa’s ideas centred around lots of unstructured foliage, with a mix of delicate and rich toned flowers. To achieve this, we featured roses, dahlias, cosmos and eucalyptus. Plus, we included thistles to match Ben’s buttonhole – a nod to his Scottish heritage. Being a park wedding, we made sure the tones complimented autumn leaves too, making for stunning photos. Congratulations Melissa and Ben!

I was always going to have Belle & Bea as my florist. We had a great time using Pinterest boards to share ideas and inspiration. Jasmin came up with a beautiful scheme that reflected my ideas for an unstructured, nature-inspired look. I couldn’t be happier with the result – they were even better than I imagined. The flowers felt delicate enough to suit the lace of my dress, and the warm tones worked perfectly with the autumn leaves. It was perfect and so special.”
